Has anyone had issues with the ATN X-Sight 4K Pro, because I think I am?

Was gifted an ATN X-Sight 4k Pro. I have used it with my Benjamin Cayden for about 11 months and about a month with my Redwolf. I have had a recurring issue with both guns and it's when I change the shooting direction . Whenever I change the distance that I shoot the gun at example 20 yards-45 yards the gun and scope work normally (drop and accuracy are on point), but whenever I change direction (say move left or right) the point of impact completely changes. Normally whenever that happens the change is about 1-2 inches but in extreme cases it has been a 4 inch change. I have done the same shooting drill with a Black Hound scope and it worked perfectly. Another issue is whenever I record videos on the ATN scope every once and a while the audio desynchronizes with the video it's not a huge problem but its gets really annoying. The scope is level and I used a torque screwdriver for the scope rings. I don't know how good ATN's warranty is ( maybe getting a replacement would be my best option) but a little help would be nice. Thank you.

@Mr.Suave I would like to invite @N2 Shooter to your thread to get some more input. He has used this line of scopes extensively. I'm sure he has valuable input here.

@Mr. Sauve Tag/mention them by placing the "@" symbol before their screen name in your post. Otherwise them seeing a post will be by chance that they see the thread title and decide to click it.

I also own this scope, and many more in the ATN line. The first thing I would ask is are:
  1. Which firmware version to you have?
  2. Are you using the ABL Laser Rangefinder?
  3. Do you have the Ballistic Calculator Feature enabled?
The first thing I would do is turn off the Ballistic Calculator. If you do not have it set up right, it will make everything messed up. If that fixes your issue, then I suggest going back and checking to make sure all of the settings are correct. Height above bore is really important to get correct, and that is measured from the centerline of the scope to the centerline of the barrel. As far as the audio sync issue, I just fix that in post processing.

3. Forgot I had that feature.
Thank you I will definitely do all of these thing. I guess these electronic scopes are a little more complicated than normal scopes lol.

I personally am a huge fan of the Ballistic Calculator. After you chronograph your projectile to get an average velocity over a five round group, put in the other parameters and the Ballistic Coefficient of your ammo, then enable the Ballistic Calculator. With this information, you never have to do a holdover again. After you range, the scope will move your crosshairs to the new POI based on the distance you are shooting at. You will see how much holdover the scope is adjusting for you in the lower left corner. Take a look at this 92 yard shot. For reference, my scope was zeroed at 25 yards.
