Has anyone purchased a YONG HENG recently?

How recent? I got one about a year ago with a different model # (30QB-SD). It's been stellar! Seems more robust than my old one that lasted 3.5 years. Got it on Amazon with extended warranty after VERIFYING with seller it was authentic YH. It's the simple hard cover, non auto-stop version. Hope that helps.

Topdeep does not have any in stock. I think i found one waiting for a response.
Insist on "YongyIheng Pneumatic Company," spelled out on compressor ID plate. Chinese copyright law is laughable but at least they draw the line at false representation of manufacturer. Blank, "Made in China," or another manufacturer noted on ID plate is dead giveaway of clone. WM

Along my 5-6 years using YH I have learned what spare parts to buy in advance.
The high Temp is the worst enemy for the piston rings.
Earlier years I was replacing the second stage rings only, but soon enough I learned to buy the entire piston+crank kit assemblies.
I need one of these in average ones in a year, and replacing in less then an hour. My total cost for maintenance- with parts plus a beer and a coffee is way below $50 per year.
Last month I got two piston kits from aliexpress, but when I wanted to store in the YH crate I discovered that I already bought two piston kits last year.
So I guess I am set for a while.
