our compressors, fill tanks fine and at very close to the same speed you mentioned.

We fill our 118cu SCBA tank regularly with them.

in our testing, we fill 2 tanks at 4500, (one guppy size and one slightly larger) to make sure they all function properly and it takes just a few minutes each.

As for run time between rebuilds, I have posted about this at least once on this very forum, about this very topic.

It depends entirely on how you use it.

I only mentioned filling airguns directly, to illustrate how the run time between rebuilds could be dramatically increased.

As for molecular sieve, it is a filter medium, much like silica beads (although marginally more effective) and yes it can be used in our included seperator, with no modification.

Molecular sieve material, is available online, for very little cost for those who prefer it and is not any type of high dollar high end product that some would have you believe. It is easily found, via Internet search.

I could not find your info on rebuild time. Could you give that info again as far as how many hours?

Based on your response that 20-21 amps could be drawn, my biggest breaker is 20 amp in 110v where this compressor would be used. I have 30amp 220 on a dedicated line for a welder and generator back feed line. Can these motors be wired 220 as that would work great for me.

these compressors are 110 volt, we made them this way for the US market as this was the demand.

They pull no more current than an average standard shop compressor of medium size.

There are far too many variables, to answer your "run time" question with a finite number.

Most manufacturers, will give you a number pulled out of a hat, based on general use.

Those who give you this type of number, are either over selling, or just plain guessing.

We would rather tell you the truth, based on what to expect from these compressors depending on how they are used and further, how to get the most service life out of them for years to come.

We got into HPA compressors a couple of years ago, and have a large three phase commercial dive compressor, with a Bauer head unit.
The first service we had on our Bauer, was after a very short time and the cost of the parts alone was nearly 700 bucks.

At this point, we decided to purchase one of these imported units and finished the P-12 and M-10 testing and tuning (over 200 pcp fills) with no issues and we still use that compressor today, filling airguns and large tanks.

The Bauer, has an hour meter and was "advertised" at having over 100 hours of run time between service. (Just an example)

As a result, we started importing compressors for our customers, based on our personal experience.

As for your circuit, a simple solution, would be to wire a plug from your 30 amp 220 service using one "side" of the current for 110 volt and you have a 30 amp 110 service. (A much simpler solution)

I understand this inquiry is for information and we are here to help brother, not just throw sales numbers at you.

If the "demand" was for 110v then most of the "demanders" likely don't have a 220v outlet where they want to use the compressor, or it would have just been simpler to use the 220v motor, right?

"CMRairgunner"A 120 Volt 30 amp circuit did the trick. I filled a Scott 30 minute pack from 3,000 psi to 4,500 psi the compressors temperature got to a constant 63C using a 5 gallon bucket and upgraded cooling kit supplied with compressor.

S what did it cost you to get the 30amp circuit run? How far is it from your breaker panel?

How long did it take to fill that?

I think you left of a "zero"? Not sure which Bauer compressor you are in reference to but the Junior is considered the portable that would be appropriate for air gunning and I just reviewed their maintenance manual online and it seems the maintenance for part replacement is 1000 hours, 2000 hours and 4000 hours.

Mrodair, would you mind clearing up which Bauer part or compressor requires scheduled service in 100 hours?

Mrodair – you were not granted permission to advertise on Airgun Nation. I made it clear that you were not to promote your products while we were deliberating your request. Your responses within these threads are not helping your case. Shouldn't you be focussing on your customer service and getting all of the specs onto your website? Your products & your customers should speak for themselves.

It's a shame that the revenue wants of this forum can sometimes get in the way of its users being exposed to newer, cheaper ways of participating in this hobby of ours. This thread is getting a lot of activity because the forum members are interested in securing an economical source of air for their PCP's. And it seems that the forum wants to limit this supplier putting out information about his product until he becomes an advertiser on the forum. At the same time the forum members are posing good questions to Mrodair because they value the opportunity to potentionaly get a quality compressor. This is just my opinion and I wish there was a better solution that could satisfy both sides of this type of issue. I really like this forum...but this type of activity seems to come up often. And as a business owner myself...I invest in and sell Real Estate...I understand both sides, the forum and supplier. I would appreciate being able to learn about all new products offered that would conveinence me in this hobby not to be limited to only those that advertise on the forum. Just my two cents worth submitted humbly.
