Hatsan 44 . . . Fill Probe O Ring Size

I am going to have to buy fill probe O-rings by the gross the way I keep dinging them and then they leak.

Suggestions on technique, modifications appreciated.

Hopefully the local gasket shop has something that will work as a replacement!

Put some silicone grease on them and you can use a short peice of 3/8 fuel hose to protect them when not in use.

Anyone know the proper size/material for these O rings.

I note that the factory supplied ones are not typical round O rings, but are rather flat surfaces.

The original o-ring are silicone, but you can put polyuretane 5,28mm x 1,76mm (5,28x1.78 PUR70) so silicone as polyuretane always breaks.

After much flailing around on the internet, I went to "The Source" for all things industrial.

Quick search and they have them by the bag full

009 size will make it a little easier.

Got some locally that are not flat and not Silicone, but I will use them til they fail.
