Hatsan 50 cal air leak

I recently purchased my first PCP riffle a Hatsan 50 cal. Right out of the box it had 0 BAR in the tank and my compressor wouldn’t fill it up so I got a SCBA tank filled to 300 BAR and tried to fill it with that. All the air leaked out the barrel of the gun and I was unsuccessful in filling it. Anyone know what to do hatsan isn’t responding to my emails and I’m not sure what to do.

Agree with iAM, had to bump end of stock a few times on large book while filling with Yong Heng to get valve to seat on a Uragan .25. A blast of air from tank usually does the job, rubber mallet or palm of hand striking buttstock, with blast of air, have also been reported to work by members.
I’ll try it out when I get back home cause out of town I’ll update when I’m back. Also I noticed that when I shake the gun it rattles from the inside of the firing mechanism.

Not sure on the Hatsan but some airguns will rattle if shaken due to designed "floating" parts, my FX Wildcat MK3, is one example. WM
