So my Blitz .25 started leaking air back from the fill port so might as well do a rebuild.
I decided to get a couple kits from ebay -- https://www.ebay.com/itm/275174639035?var=577671865428
Parts ref:
I fixed the leak issue replacing the plunger tiny o ring part # 2349 , but after replacing all the o rings while in there I developed a new issue using the o rings from ebay. I believe the o rings on ebay are cheap and not correct. So o ring # 2361 started blowing out when filled from 200 - 250 bar. This happen twice I figured at fist I did something wrong. But after two times I investigated the new o rings it was obvious this o ring supplied was not an DURO 90. Which it should be. It seeing 250 bar.
Luckily I had one in my spares o rings and issue fixed.
Be careful on what you buy out there. Next time I won't be lazy and just order my own o rings from my fav place the o ring store. Love they give you candy with every order.
