Hatsan blitz

I have not gone downstairs to look. Can you add on to the bolt to allow a better purchase on it? Been thinkin on doing that to my Crosman 2028 it's hard to cock at high power. The bolt of the Crosman would allow screwing on a bigger "handle" did not look at how Hatsan makes the bolt on the Blitz.
I'm not sure but I think it screws in..I can probably easily machine a longer or bigger one..

Also the sound difference is like night and day, the pellet hitting your target is louder than the gun totally worth the 285 bucks in my opinion
On the Blitz, which adapter did you use? Donny fl shows 2 different ones, which is right?

I've had the blitz for several years but I doubt it has had a tin of pellets though the barrel..I shoot it mostly semi auto..
I normally shoot the cheap crossman premier hollow point 14 grain pellets and I tried the jsb 18 and they work well but the jsb redesigned 25 grain pellets turn it into a bolt action, so I don't shoot those because I don't know if it will damage the works..
yes I need to polish everything.. when I had the gun open and the trigger group apart the machining on even the hammer is very rough..
the things I don't like are the heavy trigger, and it's very loud.. but I read that the Donny FL moderator stops it from cycling..
I wish the RPM could be turned down to around 700..1200 is just way to fast..if you get on and off the trigger quickly it's still 3-5 shots.. so I mainly use semi auto.. but I've been shaking a lot from my thyroid and I had to get a varmint and missed him twice, was eating my peaches off my tree.. well I flipped it to full auto when he scolded me from a pine tree and he was done..
thank you for the suggestions.. any more for a Donny FL moderator? or anyone have a idea how to slow down the rate?
thank you

I have the donnyfl on my blitz bull pup and it cycles just fine, worst case is you'd have to go to the hardware store and get a lighter spring for your barrel

what model Donny FL do you have? oh I guess it matters also what caliber you have too since they are usually oversized.
thank you

I will step out back today and give the Donny FL Ronin + Donnyfl adapter a go in the backyard, I keep the happy switch on semi for the basement. Just a couple rounds in the basement so far, HUGE improvement report wise. I'll give the full auto a go and report back. My Blitz is bone stock and fairly new maybe 500 rounds through it by now. Kudos to Donnyfl, gorgeous surface finishes and quality machine work. Me Like!

I shot the Blitz in my basement last night. 18 grain Barracuda's work just great in both semi and full auto modes.
I went with the Donnyfl recommendation of the Ronin .25 caliber moderator and their thread adapter for the Blitz. No baffle strikes and quiet enough a mag dump in the basement did not disturb my housemates upstairs.
Very impressed top quality that has the look and feel of jewelry, fast shipping too!

Donnyfl recommends that A117 adapter for .22 .25 and .30 caliber Blitz rifles. It greatly quieted my .22 Blitz, Donnyfl only recommends their Ronin .25-.30 caliber moderator for use with the Blitz. So far so good with mine, gun works exactly the same, but more quietly, which is welcome. What is better than your own machine gun? Your own suppressed machine gun. :) Kinda cool with the speedloader and 4 magazines, suppressive fire! 168 rounds tho I think the air will only be good for 6 of the 8 magazines. I think the speedloader is better than the big magazine, no way to speedload the big one. It does take a bit of practice to use the Hatsan speedloader, use a blanket in your lap when learning it's ways.
