I called Hatsan USA today at 1:39 pm EST and left a message about a problem with a Hatsan 135 qe . At 2:10 pm EST I received a call from Hatsan it was Kadden. We had the problem rectified in minutes and parts to be sent out. Now that's service ! This is how you take care of your customers. Thank you Hatsan USA and great job Kadden.
