The barrel bands were made by hot snot 3d. They do excellent work. And extremely detail oriented. These bands were custom made for this rifle. I gave him the dimensions and wa-la. Perfect bands arrived. John and his wife are some of the greatest people I've currently met as a newb in the PCP arena. Highly recommend. If you have ANY question about your rifle or pistol and want to get it right. Just message John and he'll respond ASAP. Some manufacturers have irregularities in parts. Such was the case in my instance. I took measurements and he did it right the first time. No question hands down. The coolest thing is that it's been engraved and painted. One wasn't so he/she could show off thier handiwork. And it was a hit.
Yes I removed the QE and put the huma air on. It's a mod 40 avalanche. Chamber is .22 but the moderator is a .25. So no interference. Jeff at Trenier Airguns sold me the Huma. He's also very knowledgeable.
