Hey guys! I finally got to shoot a wood Hatsan FLASH. That gun did not dissapoint. The best $300 you can spend on a PCP rifle. Great job Hatsan! Thanks for watching! -Nate

Iv herd those are pretty good guns. Never shot one

Super smooth...as in no recoil or vibration. I'm going to try Crosman Premier pellets in it. If it shoots those good it's a keeper!
My flashpup doesn't do well with the premiers but it's probably because they're cruising along at almost 1000 fps lol. It's setup for 18 grain baracudas doing 925 fps for 3 full mags. Cranked up itll do 45 fpe with 21 grain cudas for 2 mags. It's a squirrel thumper for sure!

Really interested in a Flash QE as a first Airgun (well, not counting my Crossman from when I was a kid). I'm concerned that there seems to be a lot of shade toward Hatsan products in online discussions.

I was also considering a Beeman QB78 Deluxe, but I can get a Refurbished Flash Wood QE from Hatsan USA for only $90 more. Seems like a no brainer, but I'm worried about Quality (with both guns frankly). I'd love a Daystate Wolverine (or Weihrauch HW100T), but I don't have that kind of budget, and there is a chance (slight) I may not even have enough fun to stay with it, so not willing to drop Daystate money starting out..

So is a Flash a worthy investment? The reviews (like the one above) all seem to be glowing, but then you get all these posts on various boards about the quality being an issue. Thoughts?
