Tuning Hatsan flashpup hammer insert

Hey everyone. Just trying to figure out a good size for a peek insert for Hatsan flashpup. Would a 1/4 be big enough? Should I go bigger? Or smaller? Thanks for the help everyone

1/4" would be fine, the poppet stem is 1/8"

N what size bit should I use for drilling that don’t want to use 1/4 then won’t be snug.

Rob,

I'm guessing you didn't look closely at the ad when you bought it. I put a (3/8) peek insert in that hammer.

Hey what’s up boss no I did not remember what it said lol . But I just took it apart to clean the action and saw that it did have the insert. Also replaced some o rings n put ones on that where not there. Not gonna get my in laws bore cam n make sure the port is open all way. Since replaced barrel o rings barrel nut n end cap.
