I recently bought a Benjamin Kratos PCP air rifle. Luckily for me the tank came filled. I also bought a Hatsan hand pump. The hose connector on the end of the pump hose is a female threaded connector. The fill valve connector which cam with my Kratos is also a female threaded connector. I have determined that they are indeed the same size thread. However the true thread size eludes me. Obviously it is a fine thread of some type but unknown to me if metric or sae. and actual size. I need a nipple adapter between the two. Even tried local plumbing supply but no luck determining the correct thread. Thank you

everything is pretty standard size with these things from what ive seen and i havent been into it long enough to just tell you the thread but ... its all metric these days .. measure the diameter, 8mm for instance, and then you need the pitch or 'mod' which will be the distance between the 'peaks' of the threads in mm ..

That would be a lot easier on male threads than female threads. I have narrowed it to either 3/8 or 10mm diameter but trying to count internal threads is difficult.

I forget what the thread size is but when I go to the hardware store I just take whatever I’m threading into with me and find something that fits. And your Kratos should have a male foster fitting on it. So all you need is the female foster fitting for the pump. If I read everything correctly that should be right .My Chinese pump came with a female foster fitting.

I'd say it's 1/8"bspp, but I've NEVER seen an HPA hose with a female threaded end. Post a pic

You must have gotten and OLD left over Hatsan pump. My guess is you need a male 1/8bspp to female foster

You b surprised how much free stuff and labor old timer owners of mom and pop industrial iron work welding and fabricating shop weld and bend all kind of stuff for free after I ask how much after they do it.plus air hose shop for high pressure hydraulic got no charge o-rings and repair how hoses that broke at the factory crimp. They told me theirs rated at least 10000 psi. No charge even made me new hose too I guess they got enough big time commercial accounts.
