Hello airgun community, I have a bit of an issue with a still-under-warranty Hatsan Hydra .25
I've had it for maybe 5 months and shot about 300-400 pellets. Really do like this gun for the ergonomics and light weight. I have only pumped it with a hand pump.
A few weeks ago I noticed that I would wake up the next day after filling it up to 200 bar (max fill) and I'd see it at 150 bar. So I filled it again several times and the same thing happens, but it takes at least several hours for this slow leak to occur. I've had it holding at 150 bar steady for well over a week now after filling it to 200 bar.
I didn't know this was a "thing" where a leak would stop itself.
One thing I could mention is, I think I slightly overfilled it to about 220 bar before this started happening. Then I took a couple dry shots just so I wasn't keeping it overfilled. I have no idea if this could have anything to do with it. All my other airguns leak zero air.
I'll probably have to send this back to Hatsan but appreciate if anyone has any tips or advice. Thanks!
