Okay, so to answer your question... Yes and no! I was able to load the magazine and there seemed to be enough clearance so the clear cover turned freely while loading, but when shooting it was hit or miss. If I pointed the muzzle toward the sky when I cycled the action, sometimes it advanced and other times it didn't. If I started to remove the magazine, I'd here it click as it rotated and then could snap in back in place and take another shot. So, yes, sorta, but unreliably at best!
Here is a 7 shot magazine shooting the .25 Polymags at 25 yards. This is sitting, supported by my knee, using iron sights.

You can clip the tip of the polymag with some fingernail clippers without losing any accuracy. I have done so with great success and so have others. Do a search and you will find some threads on the subject here on AGN
