Well, no leaks! I pressurized the compressor to 2030 and it held for half an hour and I then bled the air out. Successful maintenance job all in all.



The one thing I wanted to do, but I’m gonna wait till next year when I re drain the coolant, is to install bulkhead fittings to where the hoses penetrate the coolant tank. I never liked the way it came just sealed up with silicone, so next year I’ll put these in for a clean seal on the tank. These are 5/16” barbed push to connect stainless fittings that I found on Amazon. I purchased two sets.

The rubber gaskets I picked up from my local Ace Hardware store.

thank you, do you remember the size for the rubber gaskets?

No, just go to your hardware store and bring one of these fittings in. If I were to guess I believe I got 7/16” inner hole on the gasket.
