I just got a refurbished Hydra from Hatsan USA.
My son and I filled it up and took 4 shots from it then it wouldn't let the bolt slide forward anymore.
I removed the barrel from the stock and found the pin from the bolt handle to the bolt was coming unscrewed already and was blocking the action from sliding forward.
I tightened the pin and now the bolt slides forward and engages again.
However, the trigger is stuck in the back position. I have a round in the barrel. I'm going to separate the air cylinder and stock until I figure this out.
Any ideas? Hatsan has no clue. They said maybe try adjusting the third trigger screw or send it back.
