I want everyone to know that Hatsan has once again stepped up there service for me. I was shooting my Hatsan 125 sniper and after shot 4 the trigger blade broke. Ok things happen no big deal ,I bought spares about 1 year ago because I work on Hatsan's . I replaced the trigger and the new replacement trigger broke? Alright I am a SLOW LEARNER so I put in another replacement trigger and it broke? OK, time to look at what I am missing. Can't seem to find any problems ? I have spare 135 Hatsan triggers so I installed it. Now my 125 sniper with the black stock has a gold trigger. To me I like the bling ! Back to the triggers , what I found was all 3 triggers broke where the adjustment bolts run through the trigger. The material there is super thin. The 135 trigger has more material there . Now , it's 9:58 PM EST and I shoot Hatsan USA service an email telling them what happened. This morning at 9:38 EST I get an email from Kaden at Hatsan Service asking me for my address so they can rectify the problem. I sent the address and about 2 hours later I get an email stating new trigger blades are on the way. This is such an improvement of there service compared to how things were in the past . Thank you Hatsan for stepping up your concern for the customer ! I will be at the Pyramyd Air Cup and hope to personally thank someone at your booth. Sorry everyone here are the triggers and I sent this picture to Hatsan.
Update ! Got the new triggers from Hatsan today . I could see they were thicker. Look at the thickness of the new trigger verse the old. The material seem to be a better quality also?
