Here is the short version of the story. I ordered parts from Hatsan March 7,2023 an asof today had not received all the parts. I sent an email to them this morning about 9 am EST. Around 11 am EST I get an email stating there was a computer error and that the part will be shipped today. About 1 pm EST today I get another email saying your part has been shipped and you should get it Wednesday. I am really surprised that this was rectified so quickly, thank you Hatsan.

Only time that I had to deal with them was an RMA. But it got sorted out timely. Used that hatsan today as a matter of fact
