I'd have to take so many pictures, it's not funny, lol. I had to port out my 1/2" unf adapter and the base of my moderator (and the body of it) pretty extensively. And the baffles as well. I cut the recoil spring, I cut an oring seat into the gas piston rod guide so the back of the shroud is mostly sealed now. I drilled and tapped another hole in the piston so it has a free-floating guide rod on the other side as well as the rod that works the gears to cock the pellet probe back (makes less likely to turn in the shroud instead of traveling straight)
I polished the under side of the lower rack (long sliding thing with teeth on it) I took a cutting stone to the gear and reduced the size of all the teeth slightly. They were binding a bit on the upper rack (toothed metal bit bolted to the pellet probe) polished them, and the shaft the gear sits on. as well as all friction surfaces. Polished the probe, bold, and hammer. reduced trigger spring tension to a level that was still functional. Fashioned a brass hammer weight slightly larger than the steel hammer spring spacer to replace it. Fashioned several different delrin restrictors for the gas piston I have yet to test. I did have it running smoothly and quietly, but the rod kept bending. I'm still working on it before I run it again. The original rod was of poor quality steel
