I have a brand new hatsan sortie. Put the donnyfl barrel end adapter on it and now it doesn't cycle semi auto. Took it off and checked/lubed the spring. Still the same. Will shoot single shot bolt action style ok but I bought it because it it semi auto. The bore diameter is smaller, too much back pressure?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I could never get my .22 Sortie to cycle with anything attached. Moderator or air stripper it did not matter. I went through dozens of springs and nothing worked.
There was a thread a couple years ago by a guy that got it to work but it was complex and I belive he machined his own parts.
