Great service. Lately Hatsan service had left a lost to be desired. But today they seemed to be back to pre COVID. Order a part. Had responded immediately. And invoice sent by afternoon. Now that the service I was used to. Thank you.

Good to hear, never dealt with Hatsan Service but read plenty of horror stories about them on this forum. Like to think they've come to a new way of thinking about customer relations, or, as you suggest, have returned to better practices of days past. WM

Thanks for sharing but honestly I've heard so many horror stories that I would stay clear of Hatsan just for that reason. I'm old school
