I have seen posts somewhere about removing the front end of the Vectis and installing a moderator. Could someone that has experience with this give me some advice.

You could remove 2 pins in side of mod and then remove the nut that holds top rail on. After that you can screw on the QE shroud assembly. Fairly easy and I like the looks better. These are .22 and .25 and waiting on a .177 to do same.
