I could not happy enough with the service I have received dor my AT-44 .177 from Kadden over at @HatsanUSA !
This has been close to a month endeaver that started on February 22nd. On that date I sent hatsan a psrts request form and they got back to me within 12 hours. Mind you I sent the request after 11pm and I was promptly responded back to around 8am. By the next day on the 23rd after I gave them the necessary information they were already looking into sending me a new barrel.
The eason for a new barrel request the rifling on my original barrel was off center, I got the barrel within about a week, the 23rd was a friday evening when Kadden got back to me, too late to ship it that day.
Second barrel I received on the 3rd of March ALSO had the rifling off center. With the barrel riffling off center all my pellets and slugs would engage too deeply on one side and not some much on the other. I wasn't able to group anything well beyond 23yds with slugs or pellets. So I contacted Kadden again and again I promptly contacted again and was requested to send the product to them so they can check out what's wrong. So I shipped it out.
Within about 7 or 8 days the rifle arrived there and in the same day I got a tracking number via text! I received the rifle just this last sunday and didn't get a chance to che it until this morning.
I pulled the barrel out and checked the rifling, it looks very well centered! I cleaned the barrel snd off to shoot it this morning. I tried some 10.65 barracudas which seemed rather tight but still grouped well at 25 yards. I then tried the zan 8gr lead free slugs and the 10.03gr jsb gen 3 and they were stacking out to 45yds! I didn't try them further due to the excitement and my car battery dying haha. But I'm extremely appreciative of the sense of urgency Kadden took to take care of my problem. Truly some of the best customer service I have had involving airguns! It took a few tries but they got it darn right! Thank you Kadden from HatsanUSA!
