I want to give a shout out to Hatsan USA for a very satisfactory customer service experience. I work an odd schedule and I overlooked their email response a few days, otherwise the resolution would have been nearly same day to my inquiry. CSR Kadden responded quickly and asked for a little more information than I had provided - and when I had given Kadden what he/she needed, the offer of a replacement part was immediate.
