Have you used TOAUTO A3 compressor?

I'd say its a piston seal. I just tore apart my little vevor and found this. I was struggling to get 2500psi.

I have the cheaper a2x as a backup compressor and it works pretty well. Did you check for leaks? Is it shutting off at 200 bar or just continuously pumps and wont go any higher. Hopefully it’s a simple leak

when is last time you checked filter in the whip ? when I filled up my benji bottle I would max out around 4k psi and that would take a few cycles. I changed out my filter everytime I filled that tank.

Is it a 4500psi compressor? If so, with 1 BAR= 14.5 psi you should be over 300. Photo shows a dead-head test plug, install at end of fill whip and see if pressure goes over 200. You can shut off compressor under pressure to check for leaks but be sure to release pressure prior to restart. WM

I’d start with the basics and check for leaks. I’m assuming you have the plug the guy above mentioned. Put your test plug in and see how high it goes. If it still won’t go past 200 bar. Pump it to that and shut off pump but don’t bleed air. Leave everything pressurized for a few minutes and watch gauge. If there’s a leak the gauge should have dropped.
It’s hopefully something simple. Maybe a fitting on the line needs snugged, or the gauge, or bleed valve.
Report back what happens and someone should be able to help.

Test Plug example, picture shows one comes with TOAUTO. Listen, or feel, for leaks, most use soapy water spray bottle. Wouldn't go crazy tearing things apart looking for leaks, probably void warranty. Factory defect if new 4500psi compressor can't top 200b, contact seller. WM

Look down the female connector on the fill whip. I had an Oring that was buggered up once on one. Oring is down at bottom of connector
