Getting to know my new scope has me confused. I went to the Hawke Optics site, found my scope, then went to image of the reticle, then I saw at 50 yards on 8 power the horizontal slashes equal 1.5", then the next image showed the horizontal slashes all equal to 2.86, 2.86 what????
Can someone point me to an explanation? there were no units of measure for the 2.86 number and I am still in the dark as to what all the marks means on my scope mean and how to use it.
