Hawke Optics

I had a problem with a Hawke scope, contacted Hawke to confirm it was covered under warrenty, and they created a RMA# and off the scope went. December 23, I talked to Technical Support and we came to an agreement on a solution and he promised to send out my new scope the same day. December 24, I received the package! I seriously felt like a little kid on Christmas morning and I was not expecting to see the package until after the holiday season. I quickly tore into the box, inspected the new scope, and it was perfect! I emailed the Technical Support agent and accused him of being Santa and also thanked him for his excellent customer service! My customer service experience with Hawke Optics was amazing and I'm looking forward to doing more business with them in the future!
