Hawke reticle subtension measurements

Hello, I've been trying to find the full reticle subtension measurements for Hawke scopes, but I'm not finding them anywhere online. I'd like to shoot long distance rimfire competitions, so I don't want the center of the reticle to be too thick and obscure my targets.

Below is an example of what I'm looking for. I'm particularly interested in the fine line measurements, and illuminated aim points, for these reticles that are available on Hawke Vantage scopes:

Rimfire .22 LR Subsonic 9x
Mil Dot IR

By ”looking” I mean tapping the menu icon, typing in your scope model number in the search box, selecting you scope from the results produced, scrolling to “more reticle info” and clicking it? Ultimately look for this

The Hawke site is well organized and yields pretty decent amount of info. If you have an older model, try dropping them an email with your question(s) if nothing relevant comes up in your search results.

@Ezana4CE, yes, I checked the Hawke site as well as the "more reticle information" links for both the scopes I'm interested in. There is useful info there on mil dot/aim point/bracket spacing, but not exactly what I was looking for.

I do see some other reticles have more info than others. For example FFP MOA Hunter (20x) and (25x) have both MOA dot size and fine line measurements:

@rockfish4175 I hate it when sites aren’t consistently thorough with the info they publish. I’m pretty sure it’s tedious and different folks work on contributing to publish product information. In your case you’d likely have a better chance sending Hawke an email via their contact form or calling. When you obtain the info you’re seeking, please come back to this thread and update us with the details.

Just wanted to follow up on this thread after some back and forth with Hawke support.

I started by asking for the same info as in my original post in this thread.

Hawke responded by saying they have "complete" subtension drawings on the individual product pages, under More Reticle Information. They also said the thin crosshairs on their reticles are "about .20 MOA thick".

I pointed out that the subtension drawings I had seen were not consistent as far as which measurements were listed. Some had no measurements listed for the thin crosshairs, while several FFP scopes listed .18, .14, or .11 MOA for their thin crosshairs.

Hawke clarified that "only SFP scopes had thin crosshairs measuring .20 MOA @ 10x (equivalent to .22 MOA @ 9x), and that FFP models may have different measurements, including certain info that may be proprietary and not published". They also attempted to upsell me on the Vantage 30 WA FFP 4-16x50, which, shocker, does not list thin reticle measurements. 🤷‍♂️😹

I'm not sure how much truth there is to the proprietary info claim. My gut tells me the support rep was just not very motivated to compile measurement info that was missing from their site.

At any rate, I'm throwing in the towel for now. If Hawke gets around to publishing the data I'm looking for by the time my airgun optics needs go beyond back yard pesting, maybe I'll consider them again. Otherwise, I'll probably look elsewhere.

@rockfish4175 Thats disappointing. I genuinely thought you’d get a better response from someon at Hawke.
