Hawke Vantage

I just got it yesterday put it on today and sighted it in. I really like it so far. Hopefully it holds up well. I also discovered nearly every screw had come loose on my air rifle and that was probably the biggest problem. I order more pellets because I shot a sample pack through it today and it took a shining to the gamo red fire. Nearly a one hole group at 25 meters. The others (H&Ns) best I could do was 2 inch group.

I cancelled the order for a Vantage and then ordered an Airmax. Having a lifetime warranty is great but I wasn't willing to take the chance a non- springer rated scope would hold up to the recoil of an HW95.

I have had a 2-7 Hawke Vantage on my Prod for a couple years now. Took a squirrel with it Sunday. It replaced a bug buster 3-9 that was a totally different experience. I think the Hawke Vantage is a great choice for a ~$100 scope with AO.

I have 2 of the Hawke Vantage 2x7 with adj objective and both have been on 13-20ftlb springers and held up great, nice clear scopes for the money.. also just got a Vantage 4x16 with a air rifle I bought, nice scope also..
Just purchased the 6x24 Vantage with illuminated reticle from DVOR and should have it be tomorrow.

All Hawke scopes, including the Vantage line, are springer rated with no FPE limits. That comes directly from the factory rep and the spec sheet that comes with the scopes. Have a Vantage 4x AO on my D48, and a 2-7 AO on my HW98, no problems.
