Save the loading block the one that has a water separator &bleed vale. It take's awhile but make;s a regulator to fill your Tank's.Use the gauge thats on it.

That 90 degree elbow is not safe for high pressures your putting to it. It may last some time but it can fail any time. Please go with a correct pressure rated fitting.

Those elbows are also against code for gas piping in my area. I was told by an inspector when he failed my inspection they are prone to splitting, have to use a street elbow to meet code. Obviously not the same as PCP but if they aren't allowed for gas line that runs a MUCH lower pressure I'd be very hesitant using them in this application. FWIW

Whenever we are dealing with high pressure air and "making our own gyzmos" we should be thinking safety first guys, always by stuff rated for above the pressure you plan on dealing with!!!
