Head shot thread

This guy gave me the slip yesterday as a thunderstorm was rolling in. I was scared to get my rifle all dripping wet....... :(
Today was a different outcome for him.

15.89 JSB .20 cal. from a Supergrade A gave him the good news from roughly 20 yards. He was tenacious, lots of tumbling and flipping about, so he got a coup de grace before giving up the ghost.

How do you like the Taipan? I was looking to add a .22 and was looking at the Taipan Veteran, the Kalibrgun Argus., and Uragan...all seem great

I have the original Taipan Veteran Standard .22 and I am amazed every time I shoot it , stupid accurate , silky smooth operation, quality built, and two things that are very important to me extremely quiet and spot on first shot accuracy.

Depending on what your looking to do with it I would consider the weight ( which is probably very close to the other guns on your list) once you start adding scope , bipod ,and such it gets a little weighty .

It like lots of different pellets but the JTS 18.4 and 21.53 are the best I have found.
It also likes some of the lighter Griffin slugs haven't had any luck with other slug brands and I tried most of them.

I wish they would've made a vet 2 in .177. Beautiful set ups!
