Ignorant here....but why do I need this? For spring powered guns or would I use this on the spring for my pcp?

I use a bar clamp. Save some $$$ and it has other uses like as a bar clamp ! I picked mine up at my local home depot

I got mine Friday from the previous sale. It was beat to poop during shipping! Bent bolts on both ends and aluminum blocks scratched and dings all over. Dvor will only give me $40 store credit but not exchange. I’m going to keep it and cut the bolt/screws off and replace them because it takes two weeks for credit after return. I would buy one of the new sale price but don’t need a $40 store credit. I’m sure it’ll work fine, jut cosmetics ugly. For $40 I’ll keep it.
