I've let a few people try my no recoils; they are so shocked at first but then love it after about 2 shots

I’ve learned to simply lighten my cheek weld until the jump diminishes, I don’t really notice it anymore.

Being the least technically-minded competition shooter on Earth, the best advice I can give you is it's very easy (and common) to over-thunk it!

How long does this take to take effect? Is this safe to do if you shoot everyday? I take one everyday for my heart I wonder if I can just take an extra one

I take 2 about 30 minutes before the competition starts i dont worry about it when i am practicing shooting around the house

2 Bayer aspirin before shooting will stop you from seeing your pulse while looking at the reticle.

I've never tired that
However; I will NOT be trying that.
Not saying it wont work but for me, big nope. Nothing to hide: got hooked on pills at a point in my past(got off them and never looked back). I steer clear of most pills now

What about getting a Garmin fittness and activity tracker watch?
I have one medium priced Venu2, this is my 3rd Garmin so far.
It will keep you fit, also, tracks your stress level, body battery, heart rate, pulse Ox data, and one of the most important for this thread - respiration and O2 intake .
