I had need of some technical information on a Diana Skyhawk regulator. All inquiries were done via email. I asked Diana via their website in Germany for the info. Noting the time difference I was surprised to receive my response within 10 hours. They referred me to Pyramid Air who in turn answered my email within 30 min. Pretty stellar service if you ask me.
