wanting to try helium in my Texan and I have confired with those who are using it with success. The problem? Availability, either can’t find it or those who do have it at lower pressures . Where can one get it??

He primarily used a booster for thin gas.
The altros will use a fill tank - any psi above 100, and keep volume in mind- so you would have a shop compressor pumping the booster but your feed air for the high side would be Helium
The shoebox has been on sale lately, personally dont know if it works the same or not. It is $100 less costly.
All your local gas supply places should have the standard tall Helium for ballons , thinking they are 2,400ish? LOT's easier and less costly than trying to get 4,500 or 6,000psi tanks.
