>25 is a good caliber ,just more expensive , i would start with .22 , .25 can be what termed as "loopy" in farther shots (a greater trajectory )Just getting started and need everything. I borrowed a friend’s airforce condor and was quite successful in reducing my prairie dogs so now I am excited to get my own gear.
His was a .22 so I know that it will be successful, but I may opt for a .25 since they seem to be more of a hunting size pellet. Thoughts?
