Hello, i am pretty new to the FX scene and got myself a FX maverick sniper .30 for a smokin once in a lifetime deal.
The issue is the front regulator gauge always reads the botle's pressure. I can empty both chambers and close the first reg and the second reads zero while fully open.
I can adjust the front reg to a desired pressure only by having the rear chamber open so the back reg can see where it is at.
I dont know if this is normal but i have checked the regs and replaced the orings on both with new kits. I am under the assumption that the front gauge will only read what the front reg is reducing the bottle pressure to. I currently have the front set to 150 and the rear to 120 and shooting 48.60gr pellets at 900fps on power level 7.
While it seems to work normally and shoots great, I am looking for any input on what may be causing the front gauge to just read full bottle pressure. Is there an oring seal i should look into replacing that separated the main bottle chamber from the first reg's reading?
