Tuning Help my crown has a leak😪 [Fixed]

Picked up a leaky crown thinking I could fix the problem but obviously I need professional help.

This is what I noticed so far and what I have done.

First when screwing on the bottle the air gushes out the barrel and I mean fast! Ok vavle stuck open was my guess. I unscrew bottle and cock rifle then screw bottle back on and still rapidly dumping air.

Ok now I'm scratching my head at this point. I even hooked up my tank to blast air and still air rushing out the barrel. In the window where the vavle stem is I can not see the tip!? In Ernest Rowe's video he states you are supposed to be able to see the stem tip and I do not.

I opened the valve area to inspect and while in there I changed every oring including the oring on the seat and a new spring guide on the stem all changed out.

Put all back together and same issue air out the barrel super fast flow and the stem still not showing in the window. Why isn't the stem showing and everything is properly aligned? I double and triple checked it. I even made sure the seat was full seated. Pictures included

ENDED UP REBUILDING THE WHOLE VALVE SEAT AREA FROM THE VALVE SEAT ALL THE WAY UP TO THE VALVE HOUSING. I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHICH PART WAS THE CORPORATE BUT ITS HOLDING AIR

Seems like the valve not seated correctly.

I looked in the and the seat isn't in the all the way. And I can't get it to seat either. I probably messed it up by now with how many times I've pulled it and pushed on it but it will not seat fully as if something is blocking it. I don't know if I measured correctly but seems way too!? Stkck size should be 6.35 I think

When you have it apart like that, does the valve and seat seem to seal properly by hand? Is the problem with the valve seat not seating in the gun just since you changed the o-rings? Depending how the valve seat and valve pin match up when you have them out of the gun like they are now, you can polish them for tighter tolerances and see if they seal.

I have no idea what's going on. At first it seemed as if it seat wasn't properly seated but it's in there. I'm just showing pictures to see if anyone else notices anything or not. Them stem seems to not go in far enough per Ernest video

I started to say that when you go to put in the valve seat, sometimes they get cock eyed just a tad and bind. I use a eraser end of a “fat” children’s pencil to seat it. The eraser has just enough “give” to push it in straight without causing it to get cock eyed.. It wouldn’t hurt to lube the o’ring with silicone to help it slide perfectly into place either.

If the air is gushing out the barrel like you say, it’s the fit of the valve pin and valve seat, not the o’ring. If that’s the case, check the fit while they’re out of the gun and look for rough spots, scratches or anything that would cause it not to seal. You can lightly polish it as I mentioned above and see if that helps.

I'm going to order all new parts and start from there

Seems like the valve not seated correctly.

I’m with Glem on this one, I’ve seen this before if the Gun has been dry fired multiple times without air, the valve will no longer fit through the peaned all to hell hole! If by chance that is the case? You will need to clean up the hole, if it seats too stiff, it will seal until the first shot and stick open again? I hope it’s not this problem, but it’s my best guess because you are not seeing the valve stem on assembly? Or.. your pussin it in there? It can be a little stiff, but don’t punch and hammer it👍🏻
