HELP requested: OneLeaf Commander NV400 LRF does not update firmware

I received a OneLeaf Commander NV400 LRF to evaluate and review.

Could be a "heavy hitter" inasmuch as it's big and heavy compared to Pard DS35-70 LRF, Pard NV008SLRF and Zulus LRF, but it's easy to use and full of features at a bargain price.

That said, I followed the instructions to the letter, formatted 64GB (it'll take up to 256GB) in the scope itself and downloaded the firmware # 9 (my scope had # 1 on it) to the card.

While scope was powered off, I inserted the card with the firmware and powered the scope up.

It's supposed to do the firmware update automatically in that condition.

It just powered up as usual with no indication of "updating firmware" displayed on the screen and when I checked the version on the scope, it was/is still # 1.

I've messaged OneLeaf on Facebook and via email this morning and I'm waiting for a response.

Anyone have suggestions and/or experience with this scope?

Thanks in advance.

I know this is an old thread, but I've got the same thing going on at the moment with my NV400 Eagle. How did you make out with this?
Mine was shooting fine, and in the middle of a target it started shooting into the ground. It won't zero, and it won't install the latest update. I pinged tech support as well, but I'[d like to know what you did to resolve this.
