FX Help tuning adjusting impact .35 mk11

Im looking for advice,I'm new to fx ,Here is how it looks. Shoots pellets at 850 should anything be changed? , and do the adjustments look ok? They look turned up mostly so I expected more

Accuracy with as much power as possible. Im confused on the adjustments as to why they look maxed out,if they are, and if there is a quick easy way to go up an down in power
