N/A HELP! WAR Flex Mystery Leak

I have a WAR Flex with a mystery leak. Block regulator set to 2K psi. Will leak from a bottle pressure of 3000 psi to 1500 psi over a week. Weird thing is it seems to stop there. I’ve checked the barrel, bottle to brass fitting, brass fitting to block regulator, burst disk, fill port, both gauges, block regulator to tube, regulator adjuster screw, top cap on regulator and all 3 valve retaining screws. Any other place I’m missing? I’m stumped! Thanks in advance for any help you may have to offer.

Valve seat? Did you replace all of the seals? Any appear damaged or excessively stiff? Can put a baloon over the barrel to see if the valve is leaking. Fix (for me) for the valve would be to lap it by hand like you would the valves on a ice cylinder head
I just put a balloon over the barrel. I’ll check back in the morning. Thanks for the info. All seals have been replaced. No damage.

Could very well be the regulator itself needing a servicing.
locate the air bleed hole on the side of the drop block, fill up to high pressure, place some soapy water on the vent hole.

It bubbles at the vent .. there ya are
No air bubbles coming out of the vent hole. I just rebuilt the regulator. I’m pulling my hair out!

Soap check bottle connection to drop block also.

Has the ENTIRE gun had ALL of the O-rings replaced recently ?
WAR has been enough years ago the factory installed o-rings are due for replacement if not.

One YOU DON'T want to miss is the O-ring sitting under the removable poppet seat
Just removed the oring under the poppet seat. It was pretty hard. Refilled. Hope it holds. I’ll report back in a few days.

Ok. So I resulted to submerging the entire gun. Well, I stripped it down to just the air tube and the bottle. Anyhow, the gun has a significant leak out of the transfer port. I replaced all the orings in the Cothran powerhouse valve. Still leaked. So, I replaced the Cothran valve with the original WAR valve after I replaced the orings in it. Still leaking out the transfer port. What am I missing? I replaced 3 orings on the Cothran valve and 2 orings on the WAR valve. Thanks!!!

Leak from transfer area ...
Bad poppet to seat seal
Bad o-ring/s at seat / balance chamber to stem seal
Bad O-ring on valve body to main tube

Rather than submerge .... Pressurize and just fill the transfer area with clear water and note if bubbles are coming from the outside of valves body ?
or inside the throat ?
If you can orient Vent on poppet stem to be seen via transfer exit its make isolating the chamber o-ring easier.
