Have an original-ish Benji Discovery 22 that sat for a couple years. Aired up today just to test out repaired filler assembly off a tank. Just passed 2000 lbs it released all air out the barrel. Tried refilling multiple times both cocked & not with same results...all air escapes out barrel. Suggestions? Ty

Might need just a BOOST to reseat the poppet. You can put it on safe and intentionally double load 2 pellets or 2 felt cleaning pellets into the breech close the bolt and fill it to 2000psi and see if that holds. Be mindful it's cocked and ready to shoot loaded with 2 pellets Might wanna take off any LDC if you have one mounted to avoid damage via pellet strike. If it holds air I would let rest for at least maybe an hour before taking the shot so the poppet and seat face can get to be reacquainted better after such a long separation.

Get some air in it and fire it without any pellets (dry fire) as quickly as possible several times. If there is just a speck of debris
between the poppet and the seat it will leak, dry fire will very often clear that spec. If no results after that the next thing as noted above is a tear down and replace the poppet and o rings.

Hit it with a rubber mallet really hard or the palm of your hand many times while filling and leaking to try to close that valve roght below the front end of the upper receiver. You can try double triple loading 2 or 3 lubed felt cleaning pellets instead that may be more successful sealing it and not as hazardous as pellets.
