FX Help with FX Rifle Repairs....Desperate!

Hello all, I was wondering if anybody out there can help me out.

I own 7 FX Air Rifles. I am having problems with two of rifles at the present time.

One is FX Revolution and the other is a FX Monsoon. Both guns were just resealed by a gunsmith that I have used for a very long time.

When I got the rifles back:

The Monsoon is holding air, but it has a slow leak.

The Revolution is holding air, but it will only work in single shot mode, not the semi-auto mode.

My Gunsmith told me he can't resolve the problems. He even sent the Revolution to one of FX's Repairs Center and they sent it back without even looking at it. Stating they don't work on older FX rifles!

So right now, I have two very expensive paper weights.

I have contacted all three of the repair stations that FX has listed on their website and all three of them told me "THEY DON"T WORK ON OLDER FX GUNS".

My last resort was to contact FX in Sweeden and sent them a very lengthy email explaining my situation. I just received an email back from them with a list of trouble shooting options and diagram and parts lists which I already have.

That Doesn't Help! I am 80 years old and can no longer work on any of my rifles.

Does anyone know of any Repair Shop, Air gun Smith or Individual that can help me out?

Any information that you can send my way would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for looking,

Stu Gabriel (Mrgun)

mb94952, Thanks for your reply. I understand what you are saying. The reason Utah Airguns has so many Used and New FX Guns is because they are now the Exclusive importer of all FX guns for the entire county. And they are the number one Repair Center for FX. The reason I am so Frustrated is that my Gunsmith sent my Revolution out to them to see if they could fix the problem, where he could not. The sent it back and said we don't work on older FX guns. DAH!. So, you can see why I am so Frustrated. Again, thanks for your reply. Regards Stu Gabriel (MrGun)
Yea. I think it's bs that they won't work on their own guns. I don't care how old it is. When you have people who are willing to pay thousand$ of dollars for a mag fed bb gun that comes with only 1 mag, you need to follow through with support . ..and they're not that old. I think they were released in 2013 and discontinued after 5 years of production. Because of this situation with the REVO, I'll never buy another FX airgun again. They seem to hype up a new release 2 or 3x a year. But you never know when they obsolete one to make room. ..also, because they have a new model doesn't mean it's new technology. It'll still basically work the same so why can't they keep servicing the ones from just 10 years ago

After I got my revolution, I thought about buying a monsoon for my son. I'm glad I didn't

If you were here in Canukistan, I’d take both of them on without hesitation. I’m a French descendant and if you didn’t know . We are by far the most stubborn group to ever walk this earth. lol . I hope you get them sorted out.

I know of a few issues with them. Barrel port alignment, small hole that cycles the action needs to be lined up. Next is the barrel o ring, this seals the probe when ready to fire. Last are trigger pack screws , if out of adjustment , the sear won’t catch . All three are somewhat simple to check. Break out a magnifying glass and have a Quick Look.
