Tuning Help with Hatsun vortex 95 has piston

After 2 years and only 50 pellets the gun cocks easily and the pellet doesn't leave the chamber. Hatsun wants $90 plus shipping to repair. I'm looking for instructions or video on how to repair and the best available gas piston.

I saw that a Cross man or Benjamin piston works in the 95. ??

Your gas piston has lost compression.

Once inside, there may be a chance that you can reseal the piston and pressurize it back to working condition.
