Help with Kraford and Lypt

I'm in a similar situation. I ordered a Drake rail in June for a Ghost and still haven't heard from them. K&L took the money but no sight of a rail. I have called several times only to have no answers and the same with the emails. I'm wondering is they are even still in business or maybe they are like Seb rest and Thomas air guns you you pay and wait a year for your product.

i had the same experience with them and had to cancel tranaction w CC company. Very irresponsible indeed!

Airguns of Arizona may have it in stock? give them a call @gh6airgunner
PRS carries a similar item but K&L products are really well made.

I have been waiting for my order from Kraford &Lypt for over a month now
status unchanged, no response to emails ....
Does this company still exist ?

If you buy direct, it must not have been available out side of of k&l. When it shows it shows.

How would anyone know whether the item was available elsewhere when placing an order online through K& L website? More importantly, why do they keep your money and just not respond in any way? If this is K& L policy, where is it stated? After waiting 60 + days for item I ordered last year with zero communication from them, I had to get my credit card company involved.

I was just aware of how small shops with no counter person works (or doesn't), it was something I wanted and no one else had it. I was aware that it was going to take a while and after a couple of months ( I think it was over that it) it was at my door step.

It wasn't a hamburger I was ordering, and I wasn't buying from Amazon, I understood that.

You should now be aware of this by now and order accordingly.

Unfortunately part of the 'Made in America' vs. Those 'other guys' is being made here sometimes also means 'It's ready only when I say it's ready!'

I think it boils down to a super small operation that doesn’t get the proper attention needed to provide an acceptable level of customer service. I know people have busy lives but if you can’t deliver an acceptable level of customer service then just deliver nothing and back out. At the least communicate. There is absolutely no excuse whatsoever for that.
I let everyone know every chance I get. I got obliterated off the archery talk forum for relentlessly attacking a company that screwed me and many other members over. Some had to have legal representation send letters to get their bows back. This coating company got a huge deal to with elite archery at the time and gave the double barrel middle finger to all the little guys that had stuff there waiting. However standing up for principles and making consumers aware is more important than a forum.

I do know K&L products
i could accept a longer waiting period …
there is no product in stock? ok, fine, I am ready to wait if I have to.

but just inform me, react, answer to @ …
no information, no response, answers to emails, lack of possibility to contact. it is highly disappointing and dishonest.
 
I placed an order for KLS-3 for FX on the Kraford and Lypt website https://krafordandlypt.com
my order is registered.
I paid by visa card since October 10th
I received an email but no more news... nothing, I sent emails twice but I got no response

I contacted [email protected] & [email protected] nothing no response.

there is a call number on the site with a message (Feel free to call us at 310-773-8565)
they do not answer calls that are not from the United States (I am in France)
I can't do anything to get in touch with them.

I am distraught about this situation, I don't know how to contact them or how to get my money back

If anyone knows how to contact them I would be very grateful if they could help me.
