Help with Kraford and Lypt

I'm coming up on 2 mos since I placed an order for an "in-stock" L-tech Probe in black PRS .25. No reply to my emails/calls/text.
I have been told by others to just be patient.

Its sad, some people are here in the sport, The key here is they are here and enjoy shooting air guns and people in the sport, OTHERS are here to clean out your pocket and to make a buck,

If you have visited the K&L website, you may have noticed that they advise buyers from outside the U.S. not to call.
But to use email instead
Two weeks ago an AGN member from another country was looking for someone U.S. based to call K&L because emails inquiring about his order placed in September had gone unanswered
I volunteered
As of this morning I have called 7 times, and spoken with Steven twice
All other calls went to voicemail
The 2 answered calls netted no useful result.

What I did notice is that the outgoing message on the voicemail has changed from mentioning K&L to being a pre-recorded, fill your name in the blank, message using Steven's name
From this I am thinking (without any verification or evidence) that the business may be foundering
And that would be a shame on many counts.
As the products are well designed and the execution excellent, netting K&L quite a good reputation

With all the horror stories I see in this post, I have concluded the K & L is the epidemy of arrogance.

Or so far over their head they are at a loss of what to do or how to handle it. Either way it's bad.

Hi, I'm from Argentina and I'm new in the Forum. I have the same problem with K&L. I bought a couple of products on September 25 and I have not heard from them. I'm afraid I'm going to lose the money
