Are there any other brands of 22caliber pellets larger than 5.52 other than H&N FTT 14.35 pellets. My HW97K likes other pellets (OK) but they are all 5.52 or less. I notice less flyers with the H&N 5,53/5.54/5.55 FTT but I was hoping for better.

The only other brand I'm aware of is JSB but only in 5.53mm and you may have to hunt around for a source. From a quick check, I don't see where Pyramyd, Utah Airguns, or Airguns of Arizona carry them. Trenier has the 18.13gr

Good luck...in my experience, neither H&N nor JSB do a good job matching the size printed on the tin. Best I would grant them is "these are a little bigger on average than the ones we call 5.52mm"

Yea, the rejected. Well why not. I guess I'll have to give it a try. And then work with the H&N FTTs some more. Thx nstrig. I'd like find someone close that could work on my trigger. The 2nd stage could/should be better

Air Arms Falcons maybe? The tin says 5.52 but they fit my HW95 .22 just like the FTT 5.54's do and shoot a hair better.
Downside is the price jump. The couple tins I have left were $17.99 each at Trenier when I bought them. Sadly, Jeff stopped selling the brand and now run $23.99 a tin at PA.

Ya know what? I tried a tin of those 22cal Falcons,13.4 grain. They did very well. A nice surprise. Slightly better to JSB 15.89 and less so with several H&N FTT's. I need to try them in my other 22cal springers when it warms ups a bit. Thx Steve
