High BC pellets .22 vs .25

Im looking for a gun to shoot in windy conditions with better BC and consistency than a .22 18gr.

I've seen people really are liking the new JTS 22.07gr and AEA 21.9gr and good BCs. Or the tried and true 33gr .25 pellets. Heard the 29.5gr AEA are good as well.

Between the those above (or others I'm not aware of) which would you pick for consistency and lack of flyers. I have no experience with these pellets. A ton with 18gr and decent amount with 44.75 .30s. I thought about a .30 again shortly but just too much gun for my needs.

Main shooting is pesting. Max distance is generally under 100yds closer to 85yds but do stretch it out occasionally. Just want something to buck the wind better without going down the slug rabbit hole.

The 33.95 mk2 have always been great! And they certainly smack with authority between 850 and up.

I've also had amazing success with the 21.9gr AEA pellets shooting them between 900 and 960 put to 100yds!

i really like the JTS 22.07
Centercut did an accuracy comparison between the 22.07 and the 21.9 AEA and found no differences
I am usually shooting in calm weather and have great results
i find the JTS are stable at higher speeds that i wouldn't shoot the JSB's
at a 970 fps i am getting a bc of .059
These pellets do foul a barrel much faster, so i had to change my cleaning routine, but that's a minor inconvenience.
weight consistency is superior to JSB
a bit more per shot .07 vs .04 for the 18.1g, but with all the inconsistencies you get with the JSB's, it kinda equals outs
Try a tin out

Have you tried the Monster Lights? When I originally tried them out of my RAW poly barrel, they didn't shoot that great. However, with the new LW cut rifled barrel, they shoot amazing between 870 - 900fps. Franklink posted a really good comparison (with BC info) between the lights, MRD's, and the 18.1's here:

These are now my pellet of choice, especially since the cost has come down from the initial pricing. The early batches of Daystate Rangemaster 25.4's were fantastic. But current batches have 20% of the pellets very badly bent so I'm moving away from them.

I also think the JTS pellets are excellent quality, but all of the ones I've tried are way too tight for my barrel. Bummer...

No, I don’t know anything about resizing???
I use this resizer. I purchased the 5.52 Stainless. The push probe also works great for fixing damaged pellet skirts!

My .22 Taipan standard with a CZ barrel shoots the JTS 22.07s with excellent accuracy. At 30y its better than any other pellet Ive tried . I does knock the fps down to 800 but with your Vet long getting them up to speed shouldn't be a problem. My Vet shoots the 18s so well that it's hard for me to change it. Plus it likes 16gr Hades and Polymags , both will do dimes at 50y. For the 25.3gr and heavier I use the Maverick .22 . I sold off my last .25 cal because my .22s do everything I need at a lower cost . But dreaming about the next "one " is part of the fun .

I think I will try some of those 20gr Monsters as they would be a good weight for my Taipan. Maybe hold off on the .25 to see how well they do.

I did try the 22.07gr and 21.9gr in my Taipan but long range didn't hold as well on a calm day as my JTS 18gr. Probably the lack of speed on them. I can't remember what speed but think it was 860fps range.

Pretty cool - I didn't know about these.

Thanks!
