My Hill compressor has stopped pressurizing. Will not go pass 90 bar and keeps releasing air from the top valve on the side of the head. I"m currently working with the Tech team trying to solve the problem. Purchased May 6 2020, I hate to think of getting the hand pump again.

Not good news Wendell. I just took ownership of one myself. I only used it once to verify no issues while still in warranty. I filled my little Brocock Contour in a matter of seconds.

I am sorry for your issues. Please report back on the issue and fix. Good that you are getting it addressed during the warranty period.

I would first check to see and make sure all of the bolts are tight. There's a whole lotta rattle goin on when compressors are used regularly.

I asked this recently in another thread. Does anyone know if this unit is End User serviceable?

There are no tutorials on the disassembly of this Hill unit that I know of. Typically generally for compressors it's the first stage piston /head to go eh? I think it's just the bolts loostened that's all. Don't quote me i have no idea what it even looks like but just plain old common sense tighten the bolts first.
