Tuning Hm 1000x tuning and mods

I'll be running a shot count tomorrow .I'm going to top off my scba tank tonight probably and do a shot count tomorrow sometime and see what I get with the .170 tp choke installed it should be hovering around 60 ftlbs about 880 to 890 with 34 gr jsb pellets 3500 psi fill down to 150 bar or less depending where it falls off and hoping for 70 or more shots

Installed a heavier valve spring one with .044wire it dropped my speed Down some from 880 890 to 870 to 850ish but with the spring installed I got 76 shots with a spread of 38 836 low to 874 high the 836 could have been me moving the gun only got it once and in middle of the string otherwise it would be 33 fps for 75 shots if you threw out a shot with the heavier valve spring I don't think I'm hitting it hard enough to get a consistent fps spread I'll have to adjust the ssg any way to get up to 880 890 area but 76 shots looks promising and think if I adjust the ssg tension a little higher I'll be in the ball park of 70 shots at 60 ftlbs at 3600 psi fill before I switched to this valve spring I was only getting 47 shots with 21 fps spread so 28 more shots at a spread of 33 which could be this Chrono if it isn't flying threw the same way each time because I'm just resting on bags I can't clamp it to my bog tripod till I get my chassis back from being painted I should be able to improve on the spread though

They are all polished only thing that isn't mirror finished is the poppet stem but it was polished . I guess my bolt in ssg isn't polished and running hammer dry picked up some graphite to try but haven't yet I could do some more polishing in the block now that I removed the PTFE sleeve in the hammer area and use some grease too but I think I got a good combo for springs now to it's closing pretty fast compared to what it was

I'm think I could remove the spring cut off the end that is on the plug so it's just a rod either use it for putting on a larger derlin spring guide or I could fit a tube on it fit the poppet with a oring and introduce the cobra valve design into the raw valve which would control how fast the valve shuts with the use of air pressure and small drilled hole cobra valve tech built into the raw valve would be great

Cobra valve uses air cushion instead of a spring and is controlled by how big the hole in the tube is they are reliable and shut really fast and can achieve good power but the efficiency is usually higher because they shut faster than a conventional spring valve I think my main problem with consistency is moving around when cocking the gun and it isn't going threw the Chrono at same angle every time that's why when I'm really careful and take my time I can run a single digits string of 12 shots but if I move faster it jumps up change the angle just alittle and time between eyes on Chrono changes giving me a different speed sometimes higher sometimes lower depending on the angle
